Legal basis:

The data entered in the contact form is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

By providing the contact form, we want to make it easy for you to contact us. The information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry and for possible follow-up questions.

If you contact us to request a quote, the data entered in the contact form will be processed for the purpose of implementing pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

Recipients:

The recipients of the data may be companies that process orders on our behalf.

Data will be deleted no later than 6 months after the enquiry has been processed. If a contractual relationship is established, we are subject to the statutory retention periods under the German Commercial Code (HGB) and will delete your data after these periods have expired.

USE OF GOOGLE MAPS
Type and purpose of processing:

On this website, we use the Google Maps service. Google Maps is operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter “Google”). This enables us to display interactive maps directly on the website and allows you to conveniently use the maps feature.

Further information on data processing by Google can be found in the Google Privacy Policy. In the Privacy Center, you can also adjust your personal privacy settings.

Detailed instructions on how to manage your own data in connection with Google products can be found here.

USE OF GOOGLE ANALYTICS

Type and purpose of processing:

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA (hereinafter: ‘Google’). Google Analytics uses ‘cookies’, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, due to the activation of IP anonymisation on these websites, your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

The purposes of data processing are to evaluate the use of the website and to compile reports on activities on the website. Based on the use of the website and the internet, further related services are then to be provided.

Legal basis:

The legal basis for the integration of Google Maps and the associated data transfer to Google is your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

Recipient:

When you visit the website, Google receives information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account that you are logged in to or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly associated with your account.

If you do not want this allocation to your Google profile, you must log out of Google before activating the button. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses it for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or the needs-based design of its website. Such evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact Google to exercise this right.

Storage period:

We do not collect any personal data through the integration of Google Maps.

Third country transfer:

Google processes your data in the United States and has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield. You can find more information here.

https://www.privacyshield.gov/...

Withdrawal of consent:

If you do not want Google to collect, process or use data about you via our website, you can deactivate JavaScript in your browser settings. In this case, however, you will not be able to use our website or will only be able to use it to a limited extent.

Provision mandatory or necessary:

The provision of your personal data is voluntary, based solely on your consent. If you prevent access, this may result in functional restrictions on the website.

SSL ENCRYPTION

To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption methods (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.

HOSTING

We have this website hosted by the following provider: Strato AG, Berlin. The use of XY is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. In this case, we have a legitimate interest in ensuring that our website is presented as reliably as possible.

We have concluded a contract with STRATO GmbH  for order processing (AVV). This is a contract required by data protection law, which ensures that STRATO GmbH  processes the personal data of our website visitors only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR. Comprehensive information on this can also be found in Strato's privacy policy:

https://www.strato.de/datensch...

SERVER LOG FILES

When you visit the website, information that your browser automatically transmits to the server each time you visit is stored anonymously by STRATO GmbH (see above) in so-called server log files. This includes the following data: browser type and browser version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request, IP address.

Server log files must be collected to ensure technically error-free display and optimisation of the website. This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. This data is not merged with other data sources.

Storage period:

Unless a more specific storage period is specified in this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for data processing no longer applies. If you assert a legitimate request for deletion or revoke your consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing your personal data (e.g. legal retention periods); in the latter case, deletion will take place after these reasons no longer apply.

COOKIES

Some of the above-mentioned providers use cookies. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make the respective service offering more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

Most of the cookies used are so-called ‘session cookies’. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable your browser to be recognised on your next visit.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when you close your browser. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of our website may be restricted.

DATA TRANSFER ON THE INTERNET

We would like to point out that data transfer on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may be subject to security vulnerabilities. It is not possible to completely protect data from access by third parties.

CHANGES TO OUR DATA PROTECTION POLICY

We reserve the right to amend this data protection policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the data protection policy, e.g. when introducing new services. The new data protection policy will then apply to your next visit.
